Job description
The Vice President of Human Resources will spearhead the strategy surrounding employee and labor relations while acting as a reliable consultant for operational leaders. This position is responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, coordinating mergers and acquisitions integration, and guaranteeing compliance across a diverse, unionized workforce located at multiple sites. Applicants should have 15-20+ years of advancing HR experience, particularly in labor relations and intricate workplace investigations. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, as is bilingual capability in English and Spanish, along with the willingness to travel to field operations.
