Job Summary
The VP & Loan Officer III plays a pivotal role in underwriting, processing, and overseeing a commercial loan portfolio, while ensuring adherence to institutional policies and regulations. This position involves conducting detailed credit analyses, performing site evaluations, and delivering exceptional service to both potential and current clients.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite and process commercial loans while managing a portfolio effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of applicants.
- Perform site visits to evaluate loan applications and prospects.
- Provide exemplary service to foster relationships with prospective and current clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of lending experience.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate loan applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Technical proficiency to manage client inquiries and loan processing efficiently.
