Warehouse Associate
Location: Solon, OH
Compensation: $16/HR
Shift: 1st Shift
As a Warehouse Associate, you will primarily assist the Packaging Department through various tasks associated with materials handling and product packaging. Duties will be designated by the Plant Manager, and responsibilities may shift among team members as required.
Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
- Manage the handling, storage, and transportation of materials.
- Package items in accordance with defined specifications.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of packaging supplies such as containers and cartons.
- Prepare, adjust, and operate product lines as needed.
Qualifications for the Warehouse Associate:
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Proven experience in the safe and efficient operation of forklift trucks, including loading and unloading tasks.
- Must be physically fit to lift heavy items (up to 50lbs), which may include drums, bags, and pails.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Availability to work weekends as necessary.
