Job description
The Warehouse Trainer plays a crucial role in the onboarding and education of new team members regarding warehouse operations, safety measures, and quality expectations. This position serves as a mentor and a bridge between the staff on the floor and management to promote efficient operations and adherence to standards. To be considered for this role, applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a warehouse operator and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. A solid grasp of safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the capacity to carry out physical tasks within the warehouse are essential.
