Job description

The operator is tasked with the overall functioning and upkeep of wastewater treatment plants, which encompasses batch processing and calibration of equipment. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out repairs on pumps and related systems, all while ensuring the accuracy of records and adherence to safety protocols. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a certification in Industrial Wastewater Treatment. A minimum of one year of experience in dealing with industrial chemicals or working within a metal plating setting is necessary.
