Job description
The operator will oversee the everyday functioning, upkeep, and repair of both electrical and mechanical equipment used in wastewater treatment. This role involves performing laboratory analyses, preparing process documentation, and engaging in grounds maintenance to ensure the facility meets environmental compliance standards. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED, vocational training in wastewater treatment, and a minimum of three years of applicable experience. Additionally, a valid driver’s license from South Carolina and a Class B Biological Wastewater certification are essential.
