**Water Quality Technician Lead**
The Water Quality Technician Lead is responsible for managing daily aquatic activities, which encompass water quality assessments, chemical balance maintenance, and routine upkeep of resort pools and spas. This position also entails providing leadership, training, and performance management for the technician team, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in aquatic facility management or pool maintenance. A professional certification like CPO or AFO is essential and must be acquired within a specified period.
