The role of Continuous Improvement Manager involves spearheading Lean transformation projects within both manufacturing and administrative functions to enhance operational performance. This position requires performing Gemba walks, leading Kaizen events, and examining workflows to pinpoint and eliminate inefficiencies while mentoring staff on effective problem-solving strategies. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a comparable discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement or Process Engineering. A solid understanding of Lean principles and a willingness to travel regularly are crucial for success in this position.
