**Job Title: Group Leader**
The Group Leader will oversee the department’s performance, manage staff effectively, and lead various projects. This role emphasizes strategic planning, driving business development, and cultivating client relationships. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar discipline. A minimum of 7 years of experience in the consulting industry and at least 3 years in a supervisory role is required.
