Job description
The Group Leader will oversee the overall performance of the department, manage staff effectively, and engage in strategic planning initiatives. This individual will be tasked with leading various projects concurrently, fostering business development, and nurturing client relationships. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline. A minimum of 7 years of experience in the consulting sector and at least 3 years in a supervisory role is necessary for this position.
