Job Summary
The Wellness Center Nurse plays a vital role in delivering direct healthcare services to residents while ensuring the maintenance of accurate clinical documentation. This position emphasizes the promotion of healthy living and preventative care within the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Maintain and manage clinical records effectively.
- Promote and encourage healthy lifestyle choices among residents.
- Organize and coordinate health screenings for residents.
- Conduct educational sessions for residents regarding health and wellness.
- Present wellness information and briefings to the community.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience, ideally with the geriatric population.
- Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
