Job Summary
The Wellness Coordinator is responsible for delivering therapeutic and preventive health care to individuals dealing with mental health issues within a residential environment. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the well-being of residents through various health services.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed.
- Monitor the physical and psychological health of individuals.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational abilities are essential.
- Experience in a behavioral health context is advantageous.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications is required.
