Job Summary
This role focuses on the development and management of a monthly calendar featuring enrichment activities for residents. The individual will lead these activities while ensuring the safety and engagement of residents, overseeing daily operations and supplies for the department.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage a monthly schedule of engaging enrichment activities.
- Lead and facilitate activities, ensuring resident participation and well-being.
- Oversee life enrichment assistants during activities, providing guidance and support.
- Manage the department’s budget while ensuring expenses align with resources.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in activities or recreation programming, particularly within healthcare and memory care environments.
- Preferably possess an associate degree in a relevant field of study.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and possess a genuine passion for aiding others.
