Job description
**Job Title: Wellness Nurse**
The Wellness Nurse delivers exceptional care by conducting health assessments, managing medications, and collaborating with residents and their families. This role also involves overseeing and training members of the care team while ensuring adherence to community and state regulations. Applicants must possess a valid LPN/LVN license and have a minimum of four years of experience in geriatric nursing. Furthermore, candidates should have at least one year of supervisory experience along with a current First Aid/CPR certification.
