The Wellness Nurse provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises daily nursing activities performed by care staff. They are responsible for monitoring resident health, conducting assessments, and ensuring clinical quality assurance in compliance with regulations. Candidates must hold a current LPN license and have at least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a hospital setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle multiple tasks while adhering to federal and state nursing regulations are required.
