The Wellness Nurse provides direct nursing care to residents with a focus on holistic wellness and supervises the daily activities of care staff. They are responsible for monitoring resident health and safety, conducting assessments, and ensuring clinical quality assurance. Candidates must hold a current LPN license and have at least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar setting. Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of federal and state nursing regulations are required.
