**Wellness Nurse**
The Wellness Nurse collaborates with the Resident Care Director to oversee community operations, supervising resident care associates while assessing the health requirements of residents. This role involves providing direct care to residents, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and facilitating communication with families. Applicants must possess a valid RN or LPN license and have a minimum of two years of experience working in geriatric care. Additionally, candidates should have a high school diploma and have completed an accredited nursing program.
