**Job Title: Field Supervisor**
The Field Supervisor will lead, mentor, and ensure quality assurance for direct support teams while upholding the service standards set by DIDD and ECF. This role includes performing home and community visits to assist individuals in reaching their independence and employment aspirations. Applicants are required to have either a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare, caregiving, or related human services. A current driver’s license and the capability to clear background checks and drug tests are essential.
