Job Summary
The Whey Plant Machine Operator III for Wet Nights plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of the Whey Evaporator and Dryer in Franklinville, New York. This position involves ensuring optimal equipment functionality and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient operation of the Whey Evaporator and Dryer units.
- Identify and address any deficiencies in the product quality.
- Prepare and operate machinery as required for production processes.
- Maintain accurate records related to equipment and production activities.
- Ensure that equipment and the plant environment meet necessary standards for safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a plant or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating specialized machinery is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to recognize and address issues with product quality.
- Willingness to work on-site during night shifts.
