Job Summary
The technician is tasked with executing server rack setups, addressing hardware malfunctions, and conducting network diagnostics while managing operational issues. This role includes upholding service level agreements and actively participating in documentation and enhancement of processes.
Responsibilities
- Install server racks and ensure proper configuration.
- Perform hardware repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
- Respond to and manage operational incidents effectively.
- Maintain compliance with service level agreements.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation and processes.
Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- The role necessitates the physical capacity to lift weights up to 40 pounds.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment with varying shifts.
