**Job Title: Capacity Planner**
The Capacity Planner will evaluate past data and business influences to develop precise workforce forecasts and determine staffing needs. This role involves working closely with various teams to pinpoint capacity deficiencies, assess operational risks, and deliver data-informed insights to support business decisions. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, along with a minimum of one year in workforce management or operational planning. Expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential, and familiarity with workforce planning software, such as Verint, is required, while skills in Power BI are advantageous.
