**Job Title: Real-Time Analyst**
The Real-Time Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing live operational performance, monitoring queue volumes, and tracking agent adherence to proactively address staffing challenges throughout the day. This position involves implementing workforce strategies including schedule modifications and overtime management to uphold service standards across international delivery teams. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and a minimum of one year in workforce management or contact center operations. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with tools such as Verint, ACD dashboards, and Microsoft Excel, as well as exhibit strong analytical and communication abilities.
