Job Summary
The Duluth office is looking to onboard a diligent Property Accountant to oversee various accounting activities. This role is fundamental in ensuring the financial integrity of property accounts and involves close attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, complete with relevant documentation.
- Ensure the preparation of annual reconciliations for CAM, taxes, insurance, and water-related expenses.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in property management.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to provide precise financial data.
- Proficiency with accounting software, particularly Yardi, is preferred.
