Job description
The Assistant Camp Director plays a vital role in organizing and executing camp activities while guiding and overseeing camp counselors. This position is dedicated to maintaining the safety, security, and overall growth of campers throughout the summer. Ideal candidates should be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma, and have at least two summers of experience in day camp or youth engagement roles. Applicants must also be prepared to acquire CPR and First Aid certifications and to undergo necessary background checks.
