Job Summary
The Youth Team Lead plays a crucial role in offering direct care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their independence while ensuring their health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support individuals in daily activities.
- Provide assistance with personal care needs.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
- Ability to lift, push, or carry weights up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
