Job description
**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the operations of a designated area within the retail sales floor. Key duties involve supervising merchandising efforts, managing inventory workflows, upholding customer service excellence, and coordinating daily tasks for the team. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting. This position demands physical endurance to lift weights of up to 50 pounds and requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
