**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the effective operation of a designated area within the retail sales floor. Key responsibilities encompass supervising merchandising, managing inventory procedures, upholding customer service expectations, and overseeing staff. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a medium to large retail setting. This position demands flexible scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the capability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
