**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the operations of a designated retail sales zone to ensure its success. This role encompasses overseeing merchandising strategies, inventory management, staff scheduling, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a medium to large retail setting. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
