Job description
The Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, guiding pet owners in choosing the right products, and ensuring the sales area is tidy and well-organized. Additionally, they contribute to the well-being and safety of animals present in the store, assist in restocking inventory, and handle point-of-sale transactions. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication abilities and a deep enthusiasm for animal care, with prior experience in retail or customer service being advantageous. The position also demands the physical capacity to lift items up to 50 pounds and a willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
