Job description
**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated area within the retail sales floor, focusing on aspects such as merchandising, inventory control, and providing excellent customer service. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards, and handling daily responsibilities like product replenishment and maintaining store organization. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the position may require availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
