**Job Title: Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing and steering the effective functioning of a designated retail sales floor zone. This position involves managing merchandising efforts, coordinating inventory management, upholding standards for customer service, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily store operations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have a minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience within a mid- to large-scale retail setting. The role demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the capacity to handle physical duties such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
