**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the efficient operations of a designated area within the retail sales floor. Key duties encompass supervising merchandising efforts, managing inventory processes, ensuring high customer service standards, and delegating daily tasks to team members. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail. The position demands the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
