**Fashion Coach**
The Fashion Coach plays a crucial role in overseeing and nurturing hourly employees by engaging in hiring, training, and mentorship to promote store success and operational efficiency. They are also tasked with enhancing financial outcomes by overseeing profit and loss statements, managing costs, and maintaining exemplary customer service standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of college education, or a combination of 1 year in retail and 1 year in a supervisory capacity. This position demands strong leadership skills, proficient management of store functions, and the successful completion of all necessary training and evaluations related to the job.
