Job Summary
The Senior HRIS Analyst specializing in Oracle HCM Benefits is a critical position responsible for managing and optimizing the HR Information System to enhance the benefits administration process. This role will involve analyzing data, implementing system changes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations to support the organization’s HR initiatives effectively.
Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee the Oracle HCM system related to employee benefits, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and enhancements that improve user experience.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to drive insight into benefits usage and effectiveness.
- Implement system updates and resolve any technical issues that arise within Oracle HCM.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users regarding system functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an HRIS Analyst, with a focus on Oracle HCM Benefits strongly preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding of HR processes and benefits administration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
