The Senior HRIS Analyst leads the optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. They are responsible for translating complex business requirements into technical solutions and managing integrations across various HR modules. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field. A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support is required.
