Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fulfill the role of a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Medical Assistant at our Plastic Surgery Clinic located in Sioux Center, Iowa. This onsite position offers competitive compensation, with Medical Assistants earning between $20.00 and $28.00 per hour, and LPNs starting at $22.00 per hour. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care while collaborating effectively with the medical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care while adhering to clinic protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients regarding their health conditions and care plans.
- Perform various clinical tasks as required in the plastic surgery setting.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or certification as a Medical Assistant.
- Completion of any necessary certification, such as AAMA or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), upon hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the healthcare team.
