Job Summary
The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor at Hormel Foods in Wichita, Kansas is responsible for overseeing and enhancing plant operations. This role involves leadership and execution of production processes, ensuring team effectiveness and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team members in a production environment.
- Execute plant processes to achieve production goals.

Qualifications
- Completion of an operational training program, approximately 6 months in duration.
- Possession of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to effectively manage and motivate a team.
