**Job Title: Production Supervisor**
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of hourly workers during the 2nd shift, focusing on achieving safety, quality, and production goals. This role entails overseeing daily operations, fostering employee growth, and leading continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing environment. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting along with robust leadership capabilities. A solid understanding of production processes and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is strongly preferred.
