The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zeiders Enterprises is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process. Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting its values and culture to potential candidates.
- Coordinate and engage with HR generalists to address recruitment needs and challenges.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions regarding talent acquisition and workforce development.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
