Job Summary
The position of Travel Nurse RN – Registered Nurse First Assistant is available in Rochester, Oregon. This role necessitates an onsite work arrangement, where the nurse will provide essential assistance in surgical settings, working closely with the surgical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with surgical procedures as a Registered Nurse First Assistant.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Manage patient documentation and maintain records accurately.
- Participate in rotating shifts as required, which include 5 days of 8 hour shifts.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse First Assistant preferred.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to perform in high-pressure environments.
