Job Summary
The position of RN – Registered Nurse in the Operating Room is available at our Hermiston, Oregon facility. This is a travel job opportunity requiring onsite presence. The role involves providing specialized nursing care within the surgical setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert nursing care to patients in the operating room.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure high-quality standards for patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient vitals and assist in surgical procedures under the direction of the surgical team.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Educate patients and their families on pre-operative and post-operative procedures.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Oregon.
- Experience in operating room nursing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
