Job Summary
The Membership Recruiter plays a vital role in attracting and renewing girl and adult members within a designated geographic area, aligning with the overall objectives of the council. This position is predominantly field-based, allowing for active engagement with potential members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and renew girl and adult members within the assigned territory.
- Spend the majority of working hours in the field managing leads.
- Collaborate with volunteers and various internal departments to enhance membership initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and networking capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Successful completion of background checks including criminal history, motor vehicle records, and sex offender status.
