Job Summary
The role involves delivering mobile veterinary hospice and euthanasia services for pets and their owners within the Naples-area. The position focuses on providing compassionate support and care during the critical end-of-life phase for pets in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide mobile veterinary hospice care and euthanasia for pets in home settings.
- Maintain a manageable schedule of appointments tailored to client needs.
- Offer empathetic support and guidance to families during end-of-life care situations.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD), or Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVMS) degree required.
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Availability to work on weekends is necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Must successfully pass background checks pertaining to post-hire evaluations and motor vehicle records.
