Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to provide accurate and timely results.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain laboratory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to deliver efficient patient care.
- Manage laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance as necessary.
- Document and report test results in accordance with established guidelines.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Assist in training and guiding new laboratory personnel when required.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Medical Laboratory Technician certification.
- Experience in clinical laboratory settings is highly preferred.
