This role includes guiding team members, addressing maintenance challenges, and using CAD software for designing and planning projects. Applicants should possess 3-5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing, alongside 1-3+ years of experience in CAD/design. Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is essential, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in blacksmithing, fabrication, or welding.
