The Production B Operator plays a critical role in safely operating plant machinery and overseeing the production of specialized silicone chemicals. Responsibilities include precise measurement of materials, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring a tidy and productive workspace, while also providing guidance to less experienced team members. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years in the chemical manufacturing sector and must have a valid Fork Truck License. Additionally, candidates need to be physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and should have medical clearance for respirator use.
