Job Summary
Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center is on the lookout for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to enhance our expanding Nephrology team. This role involves providing comprehensive care for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings at our Wilkes Barre Campus. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is currently being offered for this position.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in nephrology, addressing both inpatient and outpatient needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in patient education and support related to nephrology.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- A valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
- Experience or training in nephrology preferred but not required.
