Job Summary
The Associate Director of IT Data Engineering will play a pivotal role in overseeing data engineering projects, ensuring that data solutions are designed, implemented, and maintained to meet organizational needs. This position involves strategic direction and execution in managing large-scale data systems and leveraging data for meaningful insights.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Significant experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related IT fields.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database management, and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud services and big data technologies is a plus.
