Job Summary
The Clinical Research Associate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing clinical trials, working closely with site investigators, research staff, and internal stakeholders. This position is based onsite in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical project teams, site investigators, and research staff to facilitate the execution of clinical studies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies throughout the clinical trial process.
- Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing studies and collect necessary data.
- Assist in the assessment and selection of study sites and maintain communication with all involved parties.
- Support the training and coordination of site personnel to ensure protocol adherence.
Qualifications
- A degree in bioengineering or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certification, such as through the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA) or a similar organization, is advantageous.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effective collaboration.
- Prior experience in clinical research or a related area would be beneficial.
