Job Summary
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PRN) role involves conducting in-home health assessments within the Montross, Virginia area. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health assessments for patients in various settings including their residences and Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Qualifications
